Company to bring jobs to Andalusia airport | Business
ANDALUSIA, AL (WSFA) - A new company is planning on taking up shop at the South Alabama Regional Airport - they plan to bring around 75 new jobs to the area.
According to Andalusia Mayor Earl Johnson, The Andalusia-Opp Airport Authority signed a contract with a North Carolina company that will provide maintenance and repair services to C130 airliners.
Johnson said that while he could not release the company's name, he could say that it is expected to employ somewhere around 75 people over the next two years.
